Young Adult Division: The Future of Jewish Community in Colorado
If you’re a Jewish adult between the ages of 21 and 45…
If you’re looking for an energetic community of smart, philanthropic, and well-networked peers…
If you want to deepen your connection to Jewish life and help the future of our Jewish community…
This is your opportunity.
JEWISHcolorado’s Young Adult Division is made up of 20-, 30- and 40-somethings who gather at social events, volunteer to make our hometown a better place, and even travel together to far-flung places to help those in need. We are the future of Jewish leadership, and we need you!
There are three ways to get involved:
YAD Ambassadors is a great place to start your YAD leadership journey. Our Ambassadors serve as, well… ambassadors to the young adult Jewish community here in the Metro Denver area. They create programs to welcome and reach out to newcomers, help promote YAD activities, extend personal invitations to YAD programs, and welcome guests at YAD events. From hosting a Party of Eight at your favorite restaurant to visiting the Botanical Gardens to ski trips, YAD Ambassadors are the face and the future of the Federation.
Ambassador Cohort 6 runs April 2022 to April 2023. Applications are due March 25.
If you want to make a deeper commitment, consider joining the YAD Executive Committee. With monthly meetings, the Executive Committee works with our YAD Director Jenna Raimist to set priorities, plan the yearly calendar, and chart the future of the Young Adult Division of JEWISHcolorado.
YAD Executive Committee terms runs July 2022 to July 2024. Applications are due March 25.
Please note that by submitting a leadership application of any kind, you are agreeing to abide by JEWISHcolorado’s COVID-19 policies.
If you have any questions or want to more information about any of these opportunities, please contact YAD Director Jenna Raimist, JRaimist@JEWISHcolorado.org or (303) 316-6460.
