Nathan is excited to help build positive relationships and create fun events with the YAD community.
Tamara Berkman is a Colorado native with a passion for community engagement and a gift for inspiring others through her voice and creativity. When it comes to socializing Tamara fits the Denver-vibe enjoying activities like walking around all the local parks, drinking flights at breweries, hiking, enjoying a meal at a restaurant, or chatting in a coffee shop. At home, you will most likely find Tamara working on a craft project with her dog, Sheba, cuddled up beside her, in the kitchen trying out a new recipe, or contemplating the best lighting for the plants she amassed during pandemic life. Tamara’s goals involve tuning into her passions to create a well-rounded life where she can have a fulfilling career, a healthy lifestyle, strong relationships, and make a difference in her community.

Genna Morton is originally from New York and moved to Denver in August 2020. She is a full on Denver-transplant stereotype. She loves hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, backpacking, and testing her limits in the mountains. (It was difficult for her to find a headshot where her face wasn’t covered in sunglasses/goggles/helmet/sun hat). She is also a resigned foodie and enjoys cooking with lots of spices and exploring different restaurants. She loves to get out and try new things, whether outdoors or in Denver, and learning things from others. She’s excited to meet more Jewish adults and plan some fun activities.
Sofi Pechner was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Denver in March of 2021 to be closer to the mountains and year-round sunshine. Eating her way around the world, she is a global citizen. If you cannot find her, just look for her in the kitchen, where she loves to spend time making creative and delicious food, and is famous for her many flavors of challah. Living in Colorado has allowed her the opportunity to either ski, camp, or simply go on a hike, every weekend of the year. Sofi is looking forward to building community here in Denver.
Nathaniel (Nate) Shull moved to Denver in 2012 for Graduate School and is now a practicing City Planner.
