Chef and author Jake Cohen with 'Latke-palooza' at the Neustadt JAAMM Festival

A brilliantly modern take on Jewish culinary traditions for a new generation of readers, from a bright new star in the culinary world. Jake will lead a Chanukah-themed culinary event called “Latke-paloooza,” featuring traditional latkes from local restaurants and their signature toppings. Cohen and special guests will join the audience in the JCC Social Hall in sampling the seasonal treats and award a series of prizes to their favorite selections.
