Parents and educators are the first and most important guides for children when it comes to managing their emotions.
Join us forĀ Emotion Regulation Skills with Dr. Jen: Parenting with Emotion Management, Validation, and Radical AcceptanceĀ on Wednesday, October 9, from 8:00-9:30 pm EST.
Led by Dr. Jennifer Hartstein, a nationally recognized clinical family psychologist and DBT specialist featured in major media outlets like CBS and The Today Show, this workshop emphasizes the critical role parents and educators play in guiding children through emotion regulation.
This is a wonderful opportunity for parents, educators, and youth-interfacing adults to learn essential DBT skills to support their own and their children’s emotional growth and help them build positive relationships with their children.
In this workshop, parents will learn:
ā Fundamentals of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
ā Techniques for effective emotion regulation
ā The significance of validation and radical acceptance
