Syncopated Soars to Denver - A Fall Pop-Up Dinner!

Chef Alexis Sicklick, an NYC-based chef, is coming to Denver for a one-night-only event celebrating the best of Colorado’s fall bounty! Alexis is the chef and founder of Syncopated, through which she hosts vegetable-forward pop-up dinners with a rhythmical flair. Having trained at well-known restaurants including Dirt Candy, Aquavit, and Balaboosta, Alexis has a comprehensive culinary foundation from which she pulls to execute her unique tasting menus. For this autumnal feast, with it being the peak of the season, Chef Alexis created a menu that pays homage to some fantastic fall activities and holidays that bring so much nostalgic delight at this time of year. Think pumpkin picking, hayrides, Rosh Hashanah, Halloween, candy apples, and sweater weather – all of these themes and more serve as the inspiration behind the six courses that make up this delectable dining advent.
