The 10 days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur offer an opportunity to engage in deep reflection about our lives, our relationships, and the impact of our actions. We get the chance to call others into account when we have experienced harm. We can also practice courage, and accept responsibility, apologize, and repair relationships when we have harmed others. This process is called teshuvah: returning to our integrity. The process can be difficult sometimes, and it’s worth it.
